★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was clean and comfortable though a bit small and cramp. Food is nice now that they have plant based options. My order was 6in sub with chicken schnitzel ( plant based) and a soup for $10. Would be great if they can give more vege for a more balanced diet Definitely do not follow HPB guidelines on plate portions of vegetables, carbo & protein.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not crowded, fast service and friendly staff. Just within Bukit Gombak MRT station. Cosy corner for taking food. Small area but warm and quiet. Recommend for one person alone or with another friend for taking breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to have some decency to STOP taking in delivery orders when you know that there’s a snaking queue outside. You are jeopardising the livelihoods delivery riders by making them wait 20-30 mins for food because time is money to them. Also you should have some consideration to the other people waiting in line for their sandwiches. If not for the Lay’s voucher, I would’ve not purchased your brand either way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered using grab from this subway gombak mrt , their food was never wrong and I’m never disappointed with their service , as their service is always correct , I went in one time and the staff was also nice , she served me what I wanted and I was pleased and not having any anxiety . But the only thing is that they don’t have much staff as of westmall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 foot long Chicken bulgogi and it’s quite funny to see how the server cut the corners and was being inconsistent to put enough chicken in one of the sandwiches. I felt embarrassing to ask the server to put adequate and reasonable amount as I could very well see the miserly act done by him. I don’t expect Subway like place to behave in such cheap way. Hope their standard amount of meat serving can be somehow standardized rather than be subjected to someone’s subjectivity!
