★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Staff named Candy with extremely bad attitude called up with a specific purpose to antagonize clients instead of being a true service provider. Refused to listen and extremely demanding! Who the heck does she think she is, to be talking to a client in any other way than respectful and polite? Success Resources should train their staff much better instead of just being money-hungry and money-faced! She also LIED about their payment procedures. As a service provider of motivational events, the last thing you want to encounter is a company that actually TELL LIES!
Really missing the good old days when Success Resources were way smaller, when Richard and Veronica were actually bothered about excellence and treating clients as friends instead of treating customers like a dollar sign as per what they do now. Avoid them and attend the events you want via other providers whenever possible!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caveat emptor - buyer beware. Paid $26k for an overseas training course that they are now refusing to honour or refund. At the point of sale, their staff agreed there would be no expiry date as we couldn't confirm our travel schedule. When we later tried to claim the course, they claimed it was past their contract period, and refused to honour the contract and refund it. Even though this was a $26k sum. I've been calling them on and off over the last year, but their manager hasn't returned my calls.
This company does NOT take responsibility for what they sell. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be very careful in signing up courses organized by success resources. I have signed up a couple of courses which did not take place on the dates that were originally stated and there was no way to get any refund for the courses. The customer service is very poor and is extremely disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very dangerous to sign up for any course or seminar with success resources. The customer service is horrible and the company is only interested to get people to sign up and pay up for the courses, which may not take place and the courses are overmarketed and overrated. Moreover, there is no way to get any refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Success Resources always like to oversell and over market their courses which very often over-priced and under-delivered in terms of the useful value that are taught. The customer service is only good when asking for people to sign up for courses but seldom respond during after-sales calls or emails.

They do offer generally good course but at a high price (compared to market rate).
Very poor after sales services. Many of the subscribers and members have feedback about lack of responses for class refunds.
Do be aware of their Aggressive sales techniques and is prone to threatening to get you to buy more of their courses. The important lesson here is not to continue any customer relationship with them.

- They were nice enough to bring in more additional chairs since when we got there, there are no vacant seats left. The overall experience could've been better. They know how many people signed up so they should prepare the same amount of seats
