Dining table marble top poor quality showing a lot of cracks, one chair leg broke ,seems like glue together using glue and varnish over to hide the defects after a few months.

Worst Ever! Piece of trash, break after few months. Very sweet before you place the order, after sales service is a totally different story. You won't get what you paid for, their display items and actual products are different. Actual product very poor quality.

The quality of their wooden furniture is poor, not only in the quality of the wood imported by them from Indonesia but also in the workmanship conducted by them in Singapore. In addition, the salespersons in Expo refused to follow up with our orders with their factory after we made the payment. Furthermore, many delivery guys in Summit House Pte Ltd do not know how to fix defects and simply ask customers to call their office. Moreover, some people in their office are not kind and eager to follow up our requests. In summary, I do not recommend the products and services of Summit House Pte Ltd.

My order of 1 sofa set (3+1+1+1), 1 marble table with glass top +4 chairs n 2 stools was done in 10/5/19. Only after much texting n calling i only received the marble table, glass top n 2 stools in middle of July. Till now, nothing have been delivered. Keeping texting n calling of no avail. Will definitely not recommended

Ordered 2 pieces of custom-made furnitures and a piece of ready-made one. First ready-made piece came ok. Subsequent custom-made pieces were late for 2+months! Unbelievable. When items finally arrived, one part of it (handle of doors) wasn’t as what I ordered. After waiting for so long, I decided to make do and accepted it. Barely two months after, the top of the furniture actually had a crack that’s almost 50cm long! What type of quality!?!? Texted the boss, no reply. Called office, said will revert, no reply. Give up. Terrible company to deal with. Questionable quality. Definitely not recommended.

Recently, i chanced upon Summer House Singapore furniture shop during a fair at Thomson plaza. It was not an intention to shop for furniture but a salesman, who happened to be the owner of this shop, casually invited me to have a viewing of their furniture without obligation. He appears to be a veteran in this industry and shared his expertise and knowledge about the furniture as if each is a masterpiece of its own, he also talked about his factory at Indonesia. After a long chat and the longer i see, the more i learned to appreciate the furniture. So, i ended up buying a marble top dining table set and a wooden coffee table. In just 5 days , both items were delivered as per schedule. Upon delivery, the marble top table and the mahogany wooden chairs and coffee table are indeed beautiful. In addition, I wanted to compliment the delivery guy who is very careful with the furniture during delivery and is very polite . Overall, i am very satisfied with the quality, workmanship of the furniture as well as the service received from this shop.

Bought a 3 seater woodle sofa 2 years ago, was delivered with a crack line, when called up, was told it is natural wood, is like this. Two wooden stools bought at the same purchase, one with wood cracklines widened as time passed and both pieces with colour runs. Their items are not cheap, will not recommend to anyone.

The marble table which costs $3k looks like recycled. Crack lines and dents. The boss simply ignore my calls and texts when asks to change. From what I read in the reviews, I doubt I can do anything since I have paid. He seems more interested in making one off sale.
