Took a transfer maid from them which they claim can handle kids with rating 4of5, this maid who has been looking after elderly indicate rating 2/5 for eldercare, biodata not accurate. The maid itself is another level of issue, she cant clean well(our house has never been so dirty, cant cook decent meals(the same noodle for 2days, and same chicken rice for 2days) she missed to pick our p1 kid on 2 out of 3 days that we assigned her. We tried speaking to her but she was sitting while we are standing throughout the conversation, totally no respect and not sincere at all, her character is terrible.
Maid was at our house for 6days5night before we decided to send her back. Loss overall of around $2400. We got back $0 as they insist their policy has no refunds!
We feel so cheated by them as if the maid and maid agency are accomplice.
