*Deceptive Marketing: Single use swimming trunks?* This pair of swimming trunks tore after a single use. I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the lack of quality and customer service by the company. I would not recommend purchases from this brand. I purchased this pair of Arena swimming trunks this afternoon (31 October), and then wore it to Wild Wild Wet. It tore after the first slide ride, which did not have any rough surfaces at all. I returned to the shop afterwards, and requested for an exchange. However, I was told that an exchange would categorically be disallowed. Upon probing further, I was told that I should have worn another pair of looser shorts over my swimming trunks, or instead wear beach shorts instead. I was also told that this is common knowledge. I disagree because I saw many others wearing swimming trunks while sitting for the slides, and a quick google search does not mention such a caveat. I gave suggestions, as a concerned customer, that a sign should be placed by the swimming trunks, to inform future customers that swimming trunks will easily tear with friction. The staff kindly told me that their higher management did not accede to that request, even though they have had multiple of such instances before. This is ironic and a form of deceptive marketing especially because this shop is located right outside WWW. TLDR: retail shop has deceptive marketing, do not recommend

Had a bad encounter with the salesperson at Wild Wild Wet outlet - salesperson told me a waterproof cover is $9.90 but I got charged $39.90. Salesperson refused to refund on the day itself so I had to call their HQ. They understood my frustrations and promptly resolved the situation for me within a few days. Overall the hassle could've been avoided. But I would like to thank the HQ for promptly resolving the situation nonetheless.
