★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment with the centre manager Sarina who arranged for her staff Kelly to meet and tour. Went down at the arranged time. Not only was there no reminder but the contact person did not even turn up. Called the number but there was no answer. How are we supposed to entrust them with our children?
