very disappointing preschool. lack of discipline and most importantly lack of initiative to guide and educate. deeply regret in sending my child into this school

Horrible preschool! Badly managed by the Centre manager and the teachers lacks basic knowledge and competence to properly care for children. Refused to communicate until we made an official complain to ECDA when they did not allow my child to return to school when he was certified fit for school and does not have HFMD by the doctor without any proper explanation nor communication. The Centre manager was very defensive when I ask why was there no communicate or updates as there were already 7 cases of HFMD and 2 cases of Herpangina. Blatantly denies wrong doings and even refuse to return our deposits when they deny my child of school in the first place. Did not feel safe to let my child go back to this school again and took my child out immediately. They treat parents badly as they know childcare are is very high demand in punggol area. Lied to us that the preschool is not taking in students on Saturdays and STRONG CHEMICALS ARE USED TO CLEAN the premises on Sat! But we found out that according to ECDA's regulations, They are supposed to be opened for half day on Saturdays. I would strongly encourage parents who were told that they are not opened on Saturdays to lodge a complain to ECDA as well. They have also leaked personal data through their parents app as I personally received information about reminding another parent from another sunflower branch to pay school fees. I had to remind the centre manager twice to fix the problem. In the end, my hp number was given to a 3rd party vendor without my permission and the vendor called me directly. It was a terrible experience dealing with a preschool that lacks integrity. We have even lodge a complain to the MP recently. The purpose of this review to generate more awareness of their wrong doings and hope that other parents will not have to experience such bad treatment from a school. It is just wrong.
