★ ★ ★ ★ ★ reminiscent of the old Thieves’ Market i used to frequent as a broke student to hunt for treasures - such nostalgia! immediately found gems such as vintage mugs for 50cents, porcelain wares, old watches...... ✨ the stall owners are friendly and so proud of their wares i feel my heart swell ?
p/s: to the guy that gave a 2-star review complaining about the space being cramped and the layout messy, please check your privilege.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendors are from the previous Thieves Market Sungei Road. A bunch of friendly local uncles that allow you time to browse and apprciate their wares. I find unique items that you cannot find in regular shops and cheaper than vintage shops.
I visit regularly to check out what they have. An experience and wares that you cannot find elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really good initiative to give the people who have been removed from the Thieves Market a chance to continue selling their stuff. However, there are not much stuff of value (whether monetary, historical nor cultural) here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sungei road vendors have moved here. went here first time. You can haggle. saw avengers tshirt for $5. You can get original stuff if u can tell apart from fakes. watches costs $5~15. mostly china watches from lazada. there are hidden gems to find. My friend bought original yanaha keyboard for $35 after haggling from $100. made in japan fishing reels. australian hat. used branded watches. puma tshirt and shoes. Personally i wouldnt come all the way here if you can afford stuff. give chance to foreign workers to stretch their dollar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting nooks and crannies to look at bygones. These displaced street vendors from the former " Thieves market " need our support and are the pioneers of recycling. Odds and ends, bric a brac - who knows? One may chance upon a treasure !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of antiques available. Some are still usable after replacement of parts. Good place to visit if you are keen on purchasing old stuff.
I saw a pile of cassette player, some were working but require changing of the drive belt. There are also old phones and camera available.
The men who run this shop are friendly, though you need some bargaining skills to make your purchase worth.
