Their beauticians are extremely experienced, knowledgeable,give good advice on the shape of the brows suitable for my face shape and they are not hard selling. They are reassuring and patient in clarifying all my doubts. Sunshine Brow Studio practices good hygiene and creates very natural enhancing results. Definitely recommend this place.

I loved this place, the beautician has good aesthetic eyes, no hidden cost and not calculative. No hard sell and very professional skill. She has a set of steady hands. This photo is with completed brows and one eyeliner ready .

i'm a regular customer and i come in every two months of so to get my brows and upper lip threaded for my dance performances. They assigned a new staff to thread my brows and i ended up with a hole in my eyebrow. i told the older staffs that there was a hole in my brows and it was uneven and all the lady did was take a photo of my brows and asked me to just fill it in with eyebrow pencil. I'm someone who has naturally nice eyebrows and do not need an eyebrow pencil after threading so do they expect me to pay money for bad threading AND an eyebrow pencil just because they screwed my brows up? not even an apology or compensation. very disappointed and never going back again.

Felt very comfortable with Elaine who did my eyebrow. Chose the 6D Nano Embroidery and was glad that it turned out to my liking. Elaine is skillful, patient and very friendly. She painstakingly drew my eyebrow to balance them and even when I'm satisfied, she wasn't. She exhibits her professionalism and informed me that if she is not satisfied, she will not do the embroidery for me. Such assurance she gave me! Overall very good experience with her and highly recommend anyone who wish to do their eyebrow embroidery. I wasn't sure where to go to and who to ask for and have been searching for the right artist as well as a reasonably priced place. I'm glad I found Sunshine Brow Studio! Gave 4 Stars instead of 5 not because of the skills, but more of the seating. It wasn't as comfortable as I would like to be and I prefer a little privacy than having anyone who walks into the shop can see me sitting there getting my brows done. I understand that the studio has acquired a bigger shop space and can't wait to visit them for my touch up in Aug. Thanks Elaine for a job very well done! Making my brows beautiful again!

Eileen is a great aesthetician who excels in customer service. I was skeptical about getting my brows embroidered but Eileen was patient and designed my brows perfectly to suit my face shape and answered my every query, redrawing my brows dozens of times until both she and I was satisfied with it. She even gave me her number so that I could ask her any questions I had while my brows were healing and after I did the free touch-up offered within 3 months I was afraid that the embroidery was going to be patchy and consulted Eileen about it, to which she offered to do another touch-up for free. Really amazing follow ups in ensuring customer satisfaction and great customer service!

my friend & i have done eyebrow embroidery with Eileen & coco for a few years (once a year or so, we go for touch up). service is always good, personal, and amazing embroidery skill. We always have friends asking about our eyebrows as they look so natural.

Horrible service. Uneven brows causing me to travel from north to the outlet back and forth to do laser removal at least 3 times for the uneven brows they did. As the post laser skin heals, they redo my brows. It turned out one is longer & lower, another is shorter & higher. My package for 4 times brow touch up was deducted to correct their mistake. When trying to correct the mistake, I still have to advice the brow master how was it crooked as she cannot tell the difference. She insisted that it wasn't crooked and said every brows are crooked, it can't be the same. (Yeah sure, the brows were drawn out of place. One is all the way down and long while another one was trying to reach out to the sky) Every time I go for the laser removal, I had to live with bloody brows for 1 week, unable to conceal at all. Even after 3 years, I still have some marks from the laser removal. On top of that when I was paying the installment for the package, one of the ladies was laughing sarcastically when I didn't finish paying the package at one go because I couldn't afford to as I was a full time student back then. I mean... they told me it's possible to pay installment so I don't understand why they had to make me finish the payment at one go with the horrible services and end product they provided. I trusted this place because of the reviews and recommendations from online posts. I was foolish and naive back then to even get the package from them despite the failed first embroidery - still having some faith in them because of the positive reviews. Now that I have experienced this service myself, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I had eyebrow embroidery done by eileen - and her quality of work is beyond expectations. don't be deceived by the humble looking shop, Eileen did my eyebrows with so much passion and perfectionism, as if it were a personal project rather than just a job. My eyebrows look so natural. much better than my experiences in the past with other known shops. I would totally recommend! FYI, Eileen speaks some english but mostly chinese.
