Please beware if you want to take services from this useless cargo company for moving your goods. Only two words to describe them "Worst company". Booked my cargo from Singapore to Delhi on Aug 30th 2017 and recieved it after 8.5 months.Followed up numerous times and spent a lot on international calling. The owner (Kareem) stopped picking my calls and also blocked my phone number .Feel like shooting him dead as the amount of agony and pain he caused to me and family is beyond imagination.Most of the stuff were broken, clothes damaged by Rats, electronics stolen by cutting the boxes from the sides. Later in the first week of April when he informed me that the cargo reached his Chennai warehouse,I got some relief that at least now I would get my cargo.But the relief was short lived as he again stopped responding to my calls/texts/whatsapp messages and blocked my number. But then I contacted Chennai City Police via fb and they took the case and helped to resolve.A big thanks to the entire police team of pallavaram district especially ACP Devraj sir in helping me out.He himself followed up the entire issue and also arranged to sent me the proof my making these guys dispatch my cargo via road within 7 days as promised by him. This guy (Kareem) is a big time fraud and his office persons are another bunch of idiots. Don't ever think of moving your stuff with them ever.

Beware of “Sunshine Cargo” in Singapore! -Do not stand on committed time period of delivery. -no tracking option -not reachable on calls ever -rude behaviour by all the staff & owner -never reveal actual information on status -Baggage received is in very bad or damaged condition PS- it’s been 6months, I haven’t received my cargo yet, and still they have no answer to it, moreover they behaving rude, they have no fear of cops even. We filed an FIR too, but so far not sorted. Trying to reach out to CASE now. My bad, noticed later, the google reviews of Sunshine Cargo, so many worst & negative reviews.

Hi Guys!!!!, I have got the worst experience from this “Sun Shine Cargo” little India Singapore. Customer service also very very worst.because of after collection the parcel items & money, they promised delivery will make within 2months from the collection date (17th July 2017).as of now 21-05-2018) still one item not yet delivered as given address. Recently there contact always engaged. I made more than 600 calls. They always said,”will be delivered with in 10 day " worst service I ever seen in Singapore earlier. Please think, before engage them for sun shine cargo service. Hi Guys inform your friends & circle don’t uses this cargo service, I don’t want you also will same problem face in future.

Hi All, I have got the the worst experience from this Sun Shine Cargo, Little india. Customer service also very worst. After collection the item & money, they promised delivery will take. 2 Months from the collection date(04th Jun'2017). As of now(30-10-2017) still one item not yet delivered. Recently there contact always engaged. I made more than 100 calls. They always said, " will be delivered with in 10 days" . Worst service i ever seen in Singapore earlier. Please think , before engage them for Sun shine cargo service.

I had the misfortune of using the services of Sunshine Express. List of issues: 1. While calling to book a shipment (via sea) from Singapore to Chennai, they said that it will reach Chennai within a month. It took more than 2 months. 2. I had sent furniture - old & brand new (not even opened from the packing). While collecting they said that they will take it to their facility, pack it properly before sending it. When i received the furniture, the old one was broken at multiple places & had scratches (big & small) on a lot of places. The new one also had scratches, the tools for assembling the furniture was missing. They had written my booking# on the cushions & those are not coming off! 3. There were 3 items where missing - I had to call & follow up multiple times and finally managed to get back 2 of the items. For the 3rd one, they were not able to give it back and the shocker - they were unwilling to take a claim for refund! They said that they dont accept claims for missing items - it seems they take responsibility only for the boxes in which the items are shipped. When I pointed out that their receipt says that they have a liability of up to $100 & so should take up my claim, they flatly refused & asked me to complain to the authorities. If I was in Singapore, I definitely would have done it! 4. The overall customer service after they collected the items was bad - whenever I called regarding the missing items, they would say that they will call back which they never did. If i asked to talk to the manger - the standard answer is that he is not in office or is travelling overseas. While waiting for the shipment to arrive, when I call to get status - they have no clue as to when the ship will reach India & by when I can expect to get the shipment. The "1 month" which they quoted when I called to book becomes "up to 3 months" when I call to enquire about the status. Overall, my advice is to avoid them.

Very bad experience. My parcel i send on August and still pending dint received in india .. no proper response from the office .

My courier was sent in 2019 still not received they are telling stories when ever I call. Extreme worst courier company.

I simply stopped using their services. Not at all professional. Do not pack goods as per what they promise. So many times my stuff reach the receiver broken or worst case eaten by rodents. What kind of dignity this business owner has also I do not understand? Waste other people money only.
