2. Without reservation, I would say this is the best location in Singapore for busy professionals who work in the City (Raffles Place, Suntec City, Millennia / Temasek Boulevard Area / Orchard Road)
3. Supermarkets, Mega Shopping Malls, MRT (Subway /Train) to every corner of Singapore, 24-Hour Budget eateries and Restaurants, Pubs, Cinemas, Parks, National Library, Museums, etc are all within short walking distance 50metres to 0.5km (2min to 10mins).
4. I can't praise enought.... very glad I was introduced to this gem of a property.
