★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located taxi stand. Tends to be less busy than the taxi stands at Towers 1, 2 & 5.
Don't really take taxis these days as Grab and Uber are better options.
If you are looking for a ride can't get one, head to this taxi stand where many taxis are awaiting fares. This is especially so during peak hours due to the unbelievable surcharges unique to Singapore?

PS: You go down tower 3, basement, next to Giant Hyperfresh, there is Turkish food if you are craving some.
