★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Bought a full POS system at $5K+. After 2 years, got problems. Paid $500+ for replacement parts. Six months later, the whole thing went kaput. We called in and the customer service rep was just shouting and blaming the problems on us. REALLY HORRIBLE experience! We suspect they gave us refurbished unit and replacement parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won’t even bother to give even one star. My system were not fully ready set up at backend after 2 months the been setting up the POS. When I sound out issue, they took weeks to solve, or telling me there is no such function. Then I really dunno how should I tally with my accountant and also to close my month end sales. Throwing back the issue to the customer is the way they handle. Even the sales person or manager Mr B. Really frustrated and disappointing. Worst experience ever.
