I rarely leave reviews on Google but his customer service is just impressive and impeccable. Wanted films for my windows and Max was literally the best. He is the most patient person who attended to my endless queries via WhatsApp and he is not pushy, very sincere and patient. He is confident and knowledgeable of his products and I am very glad to have him attended to my needs for the house. Supercool you have a gem in your company! Great job Max! Thumbs up!

I have gotten to know Mr Shaun 5 years ago when he was promoting solar film at my unit. I was very impressed with his presentation and attitude. However, i had other commitment at that time and did not proceed with the purchase. Even though i was not his customer at time, Mr Shaun never failed to follow up with me yearly and this year i went back to him for an order. He was patient and explained clearly on the most value for money film model following my requirement. He even came on the installation day to make sure his installer was doing alright and everything is in order. Thumb up for his attitude and recommendation.

The sun shield installation done about a week ago and all went well. The installer skill is good and professional.

MAX was friendly and good product knowledge to recommend a solar film that suit my home needs. Installation is on time and done nicely without defect. The solar film are able to reduce the view/glare from outside during daytime. Overall a value for money package using SE2010 film.

Did my duplex with SE3010/3020 and very noticeable heat cut out. Job was done very promptly and professionally. Shaun will bring his professional tools to demo the real effects of the various films. Recommended!

I waited 3 weeks before doing a review to see how well my new solar films work. I installed them mid July (which is arguably one of the warmer months in SG) and I'm pleased to say that my rooms are cooler after installation, esp for their premium SS8000 series. Do note while the films can reduce the glare and heat, it cannot reduce the humidity of the house (i.e. the warm sticky feeling u get without aircon on) as that has to do with the moisture amt in the air. Overall, Max was very professional and patient in explaining and demonstrating the films w an infra heat lamp. The 2 window installers were also friendly and fast in the installation. I'm very satisfied with their performance and recommend them ?

Affordable windows film and installation. Service by Max and installation is fast just took around 1 hr. I waited for a week to check if the film decayed after reading previous review but no such issue. Product & service is to my satisfaction!

This is 1 company that will provide inferior products, and during installation, will compromise on your family’s safety. Pls read on to understand. 15th June Max came to my place on 15th June. He went through the various window films, and we took the supposing “highest quality” 8000 series. We opt for the darker films for the room, and clear films for the study and living room. He only went through the 2000 series, 3000 series and 8000 series. 24th June On 24th June, the installers were 15mins late, but not an issue. The orders were wrong. They brought the dark ones for the living room, and clear for the bedroom instead. Not a serious mistake. They got it changed and installed. What’s serious to me is this; During the installation, they are required to spray soap water on the films. I walk from the living to the bedroom, along the walkway was puddles of soapy water, and I fell. I didn’t make a fuss over it as the fall wasn’t that bad. But when i think back, the person who fall could me my child or my elderly mum that is prone to fracture. What could have happened is unimaginable. In all installation, safety is something that cannot be compromised. But this company, it was taken for granted. When I feedback to Max, he ask for more info about the incident, and simply say he will look into it. Without an apology. He told me this was the most unlikely incident to happen as his guys are the most experienced deployed to my home. The installers did not admit , and he is saying we are making stories??? It’s shameful how this company deal with our feedback relating to our safety. 29th June The highest quality films on my Windows have oxidised badly. You can see brown patches at the edge of the films, just within 5 days. All areas, in my living, study and bedroom Windows. Pls see photos attached. Immediately, I send the pics to Max. He say he will arrange and let me know in a few days. It has been 3 full days, and still no answer on when he is replacing these inferior films on my Windows. I hope they will adhere to safety precautions and not cause anyone slipping from the soapy water that they casually spray on the floor. 10 years warranty? Within 5 days I had a bitter after-taste of the post-sales service. We are extremely disappointed with the service and product, and will urge others to consider carefully before entering into a contract with them. There are many others offering better quality window films, with safer installation process.
