Not only is she knowledgeable, she is also friendly and patient. She would check the hair condition and would make neccessary treatment recommendations but never pushy! I really enjoy all my treatment session with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended by a friend who was super happy with her results with the treatment provided so I decided to try as I’ve always prefer to be clean on my private area and also due to hygiene. So I gave the trial offer a go and I liked their service. They gave me the option of signing up for a package and was quite flexible with the payment. Joanne my therapist who has been with me since day one has always made me feel comfortable with her services and is always chatty and bright. She is always making sure of my well being, constantly asking me if I’m ok, and if anything need readjusting. She is also very thorough with the treatment and constantly nagging at me with advice with how to properly care for my private area. I truly feel happy with the care and services she provides for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across this place with good reviews over 1 year ago and decided to place my trust in them after learning more about their hair removal program and Dion the manager (I think) was very professional the entire time and even till now. My therapist is Emily and she constantly ensures that I’m comfortable throughout the entire hair removal process. Very bubbly personality and she will recommend products & services, but is never pushy which is totally a plus point. Glad to be under her care! The entire outlet has a very warm feel to it and all their staff are friendly and smiley. Definitely recommend ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very very very satisfied with Supersmooth. I go for Brazilian waxing from Vivian. She is the best therapist I ever got. I recommended her and this place to my close friends and they are regular now too.
The moment you get waxing from her, you can immediately know that she is good, she knows what she’s doing????
All staffs are friendly, easy to make an appointment, clean and new facilities. Can’t complain anything about Supersmooth. Thank you ladies!

She’s an absolute professional, and takes great care in giving me a clean and pain free waxing experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Results are great! Vicky, my therapist, creates a pleasant environment to be in while doing the treatments skilfully, cleans up thoroughly, and takes the time to explain what aftercare would be best.
Had Joanne as my therapist and she was great at making it comfortable and was knowledgeable as well.
The rest of the staff are friendly and patient in explaining the different type of treatments too, highly recommend!
