Had been meaning to get a new and improved pc for a very long time and this shop was recommended to me by a close friend. I was still quite green when it came to building/buying computers so naturally I was nervous. I had nothing to worry about however! Service was spectacular! Mr Zac Koh was astoundingly patient and concise, even to a novice like myself. Any questions or doubts I had, he was pleased to answer and assist with. Responsive, professional, and straight to the point. When deciding on what kind of pc I wanted, he made some great recommendations and came up with what I felt was an excellent build that could provide my work needs and run the games I wanted. PC came already built, speedy and right on schedule, and delivery guy was very helpful in moving my stuff. Fantastic folks all around! Mr Koh gave succinct and sound advice when I had trouble understanding how to set up everything. Whole transaction process was smooth too.
