★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT buy from this brand. ordered on 19th on lazada. stated that if not dispatched by today, system will auto cancel. tried sending them message, no reply. sent whatsapp, no reply. sent shopee, slow to no reply. said a few times will report them and today say will try to dispatch at ard 2.30pm and at 6.20pm says out of stock next restock date is 31May. After 5 days of order and I'm between 2 flash deals done on shopee tell me my order has no stock? if no stock you can do flash deals? so obviously, they have given the stocks to those who paid at a higher price (they increased from $14.90 to $18.90 on 22nd and at night drop back to $14.90) and another flash deal at $14.60 on 24th. lazada and qoo10 (10 boxes at $109 before any other discount coupon of points redemption) think twice if want to buy from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received your masks last night. Upon opening the packaging, both boxes are yellowish and 1 was badly dented. Both expiry dates are in 2022. After cross referencing with shopee. The Shopee buyers received the masks with expiry dates in 2023.
I understand that I purchased during your promotion. But you did not mention on your website that the boxes are yellowish and the expiry dates are in 2022.
There is also no CE and EN14683 Type IIR labels on the 2 boxes of masks that I received.
