★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad agency, not professional. 3 maid within 6months was the worse ever in 6 years of using maid. Agency do nothing but being a hyporcite. Had to bring my own maid for fingerprinting but gency fee collected.
Avoid their service if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i engaged Suria Employment Agency to get a maid in replacement of my current helper as she has family issue and required to go home. Given such short notice , i was to find a replacement within less than 3 weeks. After searching and comparing with various agency, i decided to go with Suria. Service was fast and professional. They manage to expedite the process when the 14 days quarantine measures was about to kick in, as a result i avoided the headache for having to fork out more $$$ for the lodging arrangement and manage to get the new helper on board 1 day before my other helper leaves for home. Not only that, they are also flexible with the payment arrangement for the replacement fee (loans).

Also, the service of obtaining my Helper's Work Permit, renewal of Passport, and other FDW related services was expertly communicated & completed with minimal fuss by their Operations personnel.
