★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and irresponsible service ever. I have received my D2D personal belongings consignment with missing items. After checking with Ricky, he told me that, there's a chance to be misplaced during the clearance. Later told me that they found those and sent me the pictures of missing items to confirm. As, promise, he didn't return the missing goods. Whenever I check back he always blames covid. eventually, stop responding to calls and messages. Almost one year now, until today I received nothing. Beware, I do not recommend their service to anyone.

This made the recipient to adjust accordingly. Overall satisfied with the process. Recommend Surian cargo for your shipping needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent two boxes in the last two years to Sri Lanka with Surian Cargo. Although it is a pricey I like the convenience of having the boxes delivered door to door. The second box arrived within 4 weeks time. Their response time can be improved, takes a few calls to schedule a pick up appointment.
