Come only if you have a job big enough for them to deem worthy to care about. Service was arrogant for a simple sewing job, and workmanship was haphazard.

Extremely rude lady boss who is quickly dismissive of customers. Using words like ‘if you’re not buying don’t bother trying’ BEFORE you even say anything. Very arrogant attitude. Seems like they’ve no lack of customers judging by the way she talks. 10/10 will bring my business elsewhere. Not worth your time travelling all the way there to feel insulted.

The lady boss told my mum that she cant try if she doesnt wanna buy. We purchased a top and skirt for $168. We had topped up for alteration which was done poorly. The top and skirt’s fabric shrunk and discoloured after 1 wash. Was told to collect one week later but when we reached on the appointed date, the lady said it was not ready yet…

I visited the shop this afternoon n saw a purple sleeveless blouse that I like. I had a short chat with Mdm Tan, the boss. She thank me for supporting local business. She dressed elegantly and was surprised that she look younger than her real age. She is kind to her new sewist who joined a month. I will certainly patronise her shop again. Please be kind with them especially this difficult time. Price is reasonable, workmanship is good.

The lady boss has very arrogant attitude. I went there for the first time to alter a dress and a t-shirt. Upon enquired whether it is possible to alter the full dress to a skirt, she merely looked at it and said 'We don't have time for that.' I left a t-shirt there for simple alteration and went back after two weeks for collection. I saw a batik blouse that I like when i went back for collection. Not sure if i could fit in it i asked politely if i can try it on. The lady boss agreed but said something like 'if you cannot fit in don't die die wear it oh later the blouse spoiled.' I have never encountered such a rude person delivering front end service to her customers. I agree with a few others who encountered the same and left their reviews here. I would definitely not going back to this place anymore. This is simply lack of manners.
