Returned to the shop less than 7 days with earrings in original plastic packaging, assistant in store was helpful but called manager (Hazlina) who said no exchange - company policy. Would not listen to my pleas that still in plastic and unopened. Very disappointing experience, last time I shop at Swarovski. Avoid buying if chance you will need to exchange
