Her tone in service delivery truly upsetting. Another staff Iris came along to help me. Her service was top notch. She suggested recommendations and was so pleasant and helpful. She made me want to shop for more. Thank you Iris for your service. Thank you for making me feel welcome to shop anytime at Swarovski. Swarovski management should take note that staff like Iris is the reason we want to come and shop at your stores. The rest of the staffs there could learn from her. Cheers.
