β β β β β Bread-and-buns confectionery not unlike Breadtalk, but with a wider selection of staples including po lo buns, tarts, etc. Cheaper but buns tend to be more oily also. If Breadtalk is that classmate that keeps changing her style to keep things fresh, Swee Heng is like the boring but dependable one.
Try the buns they bake in aluminium foil trays.

β β β β β The Swee Heng chain of bakeries have pretty nice bread which are reasonably priced. The waffles at this branch is nice. They also sell kueh sometimes. Their cakes are so-so, bread are better I feel.

Especially the waffles with wide variety of option and flavours available to choose from.
Here also have a wide options of birthday cakes t choose from and we have been a long term customer of this place.

β β β β β Always a joy coming here. This particular outlet has been around for a very long time since the blocks in this area were built and the staff are always super nice, especially with the high amount of old folks around this area.
Tip: If youβre lucky, come after 7pm and theyβll put up clearance prices on the trays right before they close! ?
