Our family go to shop for furniture and service is very good. highly recommended if you need to buy mattress,bed frame, sofa, table etc. Their service is thumbs up, very good!

My very elderly mum came alone wanted a 3+2 seater sofa. Somehow, there was a misunderstanding between my mum and the salesgirl, she bought a sofa set of 3 seater + ottoman(of 2pillow backrest) instead. According to my mother, she pointed at the picture and she made it clear that she wanted a 3+2 seater. So my mum was quite dissappointed when the set came. She called the shop and she enquired, where is the 2 seater seat? I think the salesgirl did not explain properly so my mum refuses to pay the remaining $100 balance. That night, I accompanied my mum and was keeping quiet all the while as my mum wanted to take a look again at the picture which she thought it was a 3+2 seater sofa. To my surprise, the salesgirl was quite rude to my mum. "Where got 2 seater?! Kakak, you bought this one!, 3 seater + ottoman. " pointing to a poster that shows 3 seater+ an ottoman that has 2 pillow backrest. I asked nicely if there is any other picture, catalogue or poster of the similar model? The salesgirl was very very rude and took out all of the possible sofa catalogue and said " here! Find la. Go and find the picture. It's an ottoman. Not 2 seater. " So to solve the issue, i told them. "It's ok.So i guess there is a misunderstanding. So now,we wanted to buy a similar design but 2 seater. So can you check if there is something like that?" Soon, my husband came, so i explained everything to him privately... But one of the salesgirl interrupted and babbled something to me sternly. I was quite shocked by such behaviour. I could not remember exactly what she said but it's like, "Sorry ah..your mother said my salesgirl cheated her. " I replied, "I was here all along. I did not even hear that. Are you accusing my mother that? She didnt say that. Anyways, i think your salesgirl is a bit quite rude talking to my mum. I know she is old. But i dont think she should talk that way to her. Scolding her." There's some exchanging of words, which i dont recall. Then she said, "I also dont like the way you talk to me! You want to buy 2 seater sofa? I dont want to sell to you. " My husband stepped in and talked to her and my mum. I walked away, I checked my phone. There was an exact same sofa model selling around Singapore and was sold at a so much cheaper price with free installation + delivery and warranty some more! So i told my mum to just pay the $100 balance as there are many places selling the same sofa and to quickly get out of the shop before it escalates. Guess what. The salesgirl exclaimed rudely, "No no no... I dont want your money!" I do not know why she reacted that way. I just waited outside because I know I don't have time to watch the salesgirl acting up again. In the end, she still took the money and we left the shop. So please, be careful for what you wanted to buy, especially for the elderlies, some posters could be deceiving but it is still our responsibility to double check. However in this case, my mum did mentioned she wanted 3 + 2 seater, but I do not know why the salesgirl still proceeded with the purchase of the sofa set that is not what the customer actually wanted. My elderly mum might not understand. So we don't mind buying another 2 seater sofa, to solve the issue. But why so rude to my mum? I don't think it is nice to talk to a customer like that, no matter how old, and I was there watching her throughout the conversation with my mum. She is not your auntie or somebody who owes you. Even if it is so, the salesgirl should watch her tone to anyone, especially to an elderly customer who would want to buy more because of her own confusion with the poster. More patience needed to serve the elderly. My husband said, she did apologised to my mum because my husband requested her to do that before we left. But she was not receptive and argued back when i told her that her salesgirl was quite rude to my mum. This was my personal experience that I would like to share. It was my first time too encountering a salesperson being rude to a customer. Hope they will improve on this.

My 2nd time purchasing here. Came back here to purchase their bed frame. Their price is really reasonable. Boss is really FRIENDLY! Advice on different materials and quality. Which is really important to us. We decided to get their Mohagany Wood as their friendly boss showed us. Me n husband really fall in loved with what Boss has showedm Thank you Boss for your kind help and understand our needs. Come over n see their wide designs!

Our second purchase here. Previous purchase was a sofa. This time we wanted a bedframe. We are having problem deciding the type of bedframe as our cat loves to scratch the current bed which is PVC. So we are left with 2 choice. Either fabric or wood. The salesperson gave us good advice and we decided to go for the wood. She even gave us good discounted price for him. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and the service provided. Thank you Swet Homely Furniture Centre!

2nd purchase from this shop. Service is always impeccable and top-notch. First met with Cristal for my new house and she was very patient and accomodating to our questions and doubts. Second visit for my parents' house we met with Michelle and she helped us tremendously in giving advice as to what to buy or not. A nice neighbourhood shop which is totally worth our money ????

First time buying from this shop and yet such a unpleasant experience. Dining chair leg open up and children and guest fall off.Lucky that my children and guest did not sustain injury. And is less than 1.5 months only yet this happen show how bad quality the chair is and is not cheap at all. Replacement still need to pay, this is ridculous. For the sofa we bought, there is a scratch but supplier say is not. Just whatever the supplier say cause as consumer also we do not know anything and we jus hope all is fine down the months/years. Moreover, we still get the assurance from Michelle (lady boss) when we purchase and sadly, all these happen.
