β β β β β extreme rude customer service personnel, poor service observed, snail mail if you wanna use them be prepared took more than a week for air mail, slow delivery, make empty promises , do not follow up as promise, missing packages, rocket price rates, use once avoid it to max. should be named as slow fox instead of swiftfox is not fast at all so ironical

β β β β β Been using them for numerous time with no issue until there is a change in warehouse address where some goods are in the old warehouse.
After 3 different delivery, 2 items in old warehouse is still lost and undelivered despite promise to deliver on the so call next order each time.
Luckily item is not expensive. Effort to give them to deliver or find the item is quite useless.

β β β β β The worst experience using Swiftfox as forwarder for my TaoBao items. Lost 4 packages out of 11 packages that I bought from Taobao. Slow delivery, left the consolidated parcel outside my office on Saturday-non working day. Ignore all my message to check for the update for the missing items.I am not the only victim, my wife bought 7 parcels lost 1 parcel. The friend recommends me to use Swiftfox bought 5 items from taobao lost 1 items. Pricing is about the same with Taobao official shippingβ¦..so regrets to use themβ¦.
