A good place for late night dinner or supper as well as a great neighborhood spot in the hougang area to meet up with friends as theres plenty of sitting and it's open 24hrs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roti prata was one of the worst we’ve tasted in the area. While it came fairly warm, it was neither crispy nor fluffy or light. The frozen store bought pratas actually taste much better than this. Do not recommend. The teh tarik was ok, average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively low prices, better than most mama shops, but one thing that needs to be improved is the overall hygiene.
Curry is tasty, masala thosai is filling, lots of masala and a gift of spicy dried chilli too. The dhal given was fabulous. I sometimes wonder why low hygiene restaurant food tastes better than top notch restaurants food.
The teh tarik was foamy with the essence of canned milk. This is the average.
Taste: 7/10 (better than average)
Price: 10/10 (cheap)
Service: 6/10 (can be better)
Hygiene: 3/10 (needs to improve)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We frequent here at night. Prata, maggi goreng Thai style, teh tarik are all to my liking and always served fresh! Most places don’t serve fish curry anymore, here do and it’s always thick & flavourful. The in-charge & his night crew are nice & friendly people, which is also why we keep coming back.
We always finish our food but one time, few years back, we left a plate of maggi goreng aside because it was too salty, the in-charge saw, asked and didn’t charge us for that plate. That kinda won us over to have another try on our next visit and we were not disappointed. Consistency and quality of food has always been good since then :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 eggs 2 kosong, paid for 3 eggs 2 kosong, received 2 eggs only.. if i have to scrutinize how u do ur job, might as well u close shop.. sickening.. from shop to my home barely 5 mins, my prata is cold.. had a few other bad experience with this shop, this is the last straw..
