β β β β β My family and I went to Homeplus at City Square Mall on Monday 14 February to take a look at the bedsheets. We were served by your staff Ruby who is an excellent sales person. She is very courteous and friendly and has excellent knowledge of the products sold at your shop. We left buying a few things thanks to her gentle persuasive skills. Homeplus is indeed lucky to have her as a member of its staff. Homeplus should use Ruby's talents to mentor new staff or even older ones you need to have their customer skills upgraded. We would most certainly patronise Homeplus in future if all its staff were as pleasant and knowledgeable as Ruby. Here's wishing Homeplus a bright future.
