★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there during weekday, so it wasn't crowded. There were tourists mainly. Despite that the sales staff would also attend to you, if need be. The sales staff were approachable, but not pushy and will gladly attend to you. Therefore I felt at ease just browsing around without any pressure to buy. Nice ambience too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T Galleria is permanently closed. Don't know why they continue to deceive people by updating opening hours. Nothing there except a pop-up store by Penfolds. Wasted my time and taxi fare going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of tourists. Staff is good. Store looks futuristic and has a lot of products. Small micro stores of branded goods can be found here, like the airport. If you are visiting Singapore, tax free shopping can be had here, show your passport. Singaporeans can come here too but, without tax deductions.
