Very very bad service... Those who want to repair at this shop better be careful.. as on Mon 13/04/20, my brother came and repaired his phone as for LCD replacement. soonhe took my brother phone and went at the back of his office to open it... a few minutes later he came back and told my brother that his display IC need to be replace as well and it cost my brother $80 plus LCD $70. After the repair was done my brother asked the technician that he want back his damage display IC bit was told he can only take back tomorrow. It doesn't make any sense why can't he gave back the damage one.. to cut story short after all completed, my brother leave the shop. Before he left he check everything was fine. But after he went back home, he realised that the touch sensitivity was not responsive.. he went back to the hp shop but the technician was no longer there and decide to came back the next day.

Do you know that phrase :" if you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all?" I agree but not this time.....I've lived in Thailand where this type of shop and treatment is common, but not in Singapore. Bought an earphone :25 SG dollars. I kid you not....it stopped working the moment I walk out of the shop. I want my money back but that's not allowed. I can only change it. I change it for a cheap looking phone case. On Lazada, I see now, they are 10 dollars. I wonder if this shop is legal.

I strongly agree with the reviews made earlier. I was a victim of this phone shop when suddenly my phone spoilt in the midst working. Need to use phone urgently so went to this place while others were closed. Waiting time he said 20 min in the end I waited 1hr and for repair he mentioned $130 So I figured out, for waiting time and the price not worth for it but instead thought of buying a new phone and get it done quickly since I'm rushing back to work. Here, he mentioned that I can trade in my old phone for 100. So i bought a phone priced at $399 and trade in my old phone for 100. When I came back I told my colleagues and found that the phone only cost at $270. This guy by the name of Lucas cheated me $130 more for the phone. I went back to the shop with my collegue to argue but these frauds maintain the same grandmother story so that we do not get our refund. This is very very bad and they are obviously looking like scam phone shop! Feel bad for those in my situation. Guys please beware of this lousy shop. I believe they will scam more victims if this goes on.

Purchased a tempered glass protector which not only was inadequately installed but cracks appeared out of nowhere within 5 days without phone being dropped and phone is in flip case so no possibility of keys or other items damaging it. They refused to change. Horrible service. Avoid this scam of a shop.

骗子公司 liar company, they took 500 dollars to fix my phone. While I check with other store it only cost around 50 dollars! My device is still not working

Buying only 1 sim card with 12$ value. They scammed 10$ more for just registration. Later I came back and asked for clarification, they shout at me. Basically they are scammers shop.

Bad service and bad attitude. Speaks unclear English. Took my pixel XL to repair. They took my phone apart and quoted what I heard was $25 to repair. I gave them $30 expecting $5 change but since his English pronunciation was bad what he said was $185. I didn't have the cash to repair it. He wanted a $20 service fee for checking out the phone and didn't warn me that there's a service charge whether or not they can repair it. The resolution was he gave me back the phone ripped apart with missing screws and who knows what other parts.
