So far, I used it to cook two dishes:
1) Steamed tofu & prawn paste
2) Claypot braised crab with vermicelli
Both dishes turn out beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was delighted when I received my xo sauce as it came in such a delicate package, which makes ah awesome gift which is just in time for Christmas, once I open the sauce its delicate fragrance filled the room and it was so lovely, I can't wait to use it for my cooking!

A premium sauce, it elevates the taste of richness to any seafood, meat or vegetable dish. I added to a one-dish meal of fried rice & dried noodles.. It was out-of-this-world. With pretty packaging, it's a good bring-along gift when invited to a home party.

Just the right balance of crunch, sweetness and savouriness. Big hit with the family when served with turnip cake. Keep up the great taste, TA Kitchen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The XO sauce is simply delicious. It appears to be very normal when you view the bottle but when it arrived I immediately try it out. You wont believe the taste. It is simply delicious and it is so simple to use. The whole family loves it and we want more of it. New discovery, you must try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The XO sauce is very tasty with good blend of ingredients and spices. It is not too hot for Singaporeans. It comes in a easy to open bottle packed nicely in a beautiful paper bag. Excellent for gifts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice packaging and will make a very nice gift. Had used it to stir fry it with turnip cake. Cooked two portions, one with the XO sauce and one without. The one with the XO sauce is an immediate hit with family. It certainly adds flavour to your food. A great buy.
