★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend. We used to be regulars at the tcm shop and even recommended many to go but after we stopped seeing the doc for awhile, the owners became very hostile to us. My mum went down to buy pearl cream but they rejected us after asking hw many bottles we want. Saying not available. Not customer of tcm doc then cannot buy cream? Quite unreasonable I feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in Tai choon foh in the way they handling patient.i came all the way from sengkang to visit the medical hall for a follow up session but was denied a chance to see doctor on the ground that they are too many patients.i did call before hand before I came down but the phone lines was busy and I indeed ran all the way and is before 1800hrs.
There is one old uncle did also help me in my plea to ask for a chance to see doctor in view of my trip travel all the way down.it does not take a long time just to see an extra patient.
My question is what's the primary purpose of a doctor ?you may be accredited and proficient in practice but the primary intention of the doctor had failed.by the way,the one that denied my chance of medical Is a lady at counter and I presume is Dr low wife.
Will never frequent this medical hall again.
In near future,please let the patients know that the medical hall shall stop take patient from a certain timing for clear clarity to avoid such.
