I understand the whole situation of the third party without proper authorization and stuffs. My 1 star is meant for your Customer Service. Very bad and rude. But other than that Thai Thong Lee has served us well and for that, i appreciate it alot!

When the interest rate of hire purchase is adjusted down to 1.98% and i still have 2 years of loan oustanding, they declined to let me do a re-finance with them or with other finance companies / banks. They locked me up with high interest of 3.75%!!!
They told me even if want to sell off my vehicle, there will be no pro ration of the 2 years interest back to me, they told me i still have to pay the 2 full years interest of 3.75% to them!!
Very bad service attitude of staff and slow company processing bagged down by traditional hardcopy paperworks.
Beware when doing business with them!!
Will not recommend anymore friends or businesses to them in future.
