Taipei Representative Office in Singapore

Very efficient. Renewed my passport in 18 mins. Nothing to complain about.

I want to say a big “thank you” to the Taipei rep office for helping me facilitate and chase up on my gold card application. First, these days there are countries that aren’t really welcome to giving residency permits to foreigners nor are helpful (probably because of the faulty thinking that all immigrants are taking the jobs locals can do). Taiwan bucks that trend since they have this program to attach foreign talent, in a country that is welcome to foreigners, forward thinking that this may in turn better the lives and promote even more jobs to locals. But enough of my own propaganda here. The Taipei office is well staffed, and they emailed me even in the off hours of 7/8pm to tell me they’re working on my gold card (I went for my passport check back in Jan but didn’t hear for a few months). Once approved I got an email and went to the office. No hassle and even got an apology (rare for many consulates to do this) which I honestly wasn’t even asking for! Customer service is top notch. Well done Taiwan!

The service was friendly and efficient. Applied on Wednesday for Friday pick up.

Surprisingly fast. No queue,no waiting so no hassle. Need to check in at the lobby you can do a self check in via the kiosk pretty straightforward. Use the given pass to get in. The visa office is in 23rd floor. The office open at 9am. The submission is from 9 to 11am. Collection is on 3 to 4pm. I reached at 9am. My luck no one was there. Im the 1st. Took 5 minutes to settle everything. You can request for the express service which you will get the visa stamped on the same day submission. $129. I went again for Collection at 3pm. I'm the only one at the office. 5 mins to settle everything and bye bye.

The entire entry visa application process went smoothly. Please keep in mind that 2 business days (normal collection) does not include the submission day.

Taiwan representative office is located nearest to Labrador mrt. Takes about 10min walk to Mtower which is the old PSA building. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate. All the process was seamless. Payment only accepted in cash! remember to bring cash! Else you have to walk to the atm at Alexandra Retail Centre

Good service and great experiences here. Last time for renewing my passport, but forgot to bring the copy of my ic and brought wrong-sized photos, the staff was so nice to do the copy for me and guided where to take photos nearby. A happy journey here.
