Talent Trader is straightforward and easy to work with. Provide HR advice in their technical expertise in my job search. They are available at all times and responses tend to be within a couple of hours, which I think is extremely quick compared to other vendors.

Trader Group helping me to get a job successfully with a urgent timeline due to my existing company having retrenchment. They are professional, and fast response when I need help. overdue review, around in dec 2019. I went for a job interview at this company for recruitment consultant position. the document stated please be ready at 2.30pm for the interview to start at 3pm. end up i waited at the desk for from 2.30 to 3pm doing nothing just staring into thin air. no asking about serving water etc. then when the interview comes , a middle age woman come in with a strong character, ask a few questions, got the answer. then i ask a few questions. when its done, she just walked away. no courtesy or manners to say a proper and formal goodbye. from the look on her face i knew i will not be accepted. however another younger lady staff told me to wait standard 1 to 2 weeks for outcome. after which i got absolute no response from this company. haha coming from a actual recruitment company itself which matches jobs to make their money. quite a joke (both the middle age woman and young lady are 100% Singaporean just for record)

Accepted a recommended candidate from this agency who resigned within the month. Having worked with many recruiters, this was indeed an unprecedented experience. Unlike what's stated on their website where there's post recruitment maintenance or exit interview and whatever marketing fluff they have in their "proven methodology", the only follow up we got was the chasing of bill payment. No attempt was made to understand the situation or our plight as this placement was for a managerial role and the abrupt departure definitely had detrimental effects. But nope, talent trader only cares about the payment. If you are looking for a recruiter that genuinely wants to work with you, I suggest you look elsewhere. With the fees talent trader charges, you can definitely get better service and recommendations elsewhere.

Ethan is resourceful and helpful! He made my journey to my new job easy and helped me get an job offer throughout the whole process. He was always reaching out offering help and being supportive.
