β β β β β Unless u want to use something that last less than 2 years and pay EXORBITANT repair prices that only comes with "1 MONTH" warranty after repairs which the "technician" don't even know how to repair. Go ahead and buy from them. If not stay away and don't buy anything from them. You have been warned. Waste of money, time and all the frustrations you'll be facing with their staff and management. Btw they took more than 1 month to "repair" and came back with "NOTHING WAS DONE" but they still charge you for that.

β β β β β We had purchased 4 of their so called "top model" dispenser & the technician has to come down 4 times within a month. Leaking that cause power trip, can't dispense water etc. the after sales service is even more terrible especially Mr David. He is the so called boss who raise his voice towards his client! Think twice if you intend to buy their products!

β β β β β Bought the older model a little over 2 years ago. So far the only thing that needs to be done to it was change the UV light and filter.. has not given us any issues throughout the years. I think its just a matter of how you use it and how rough you are with your unit. I know there are better ones and cheaper ones out there but we bought this unit because its small and fits the look that we were going for when we bought our house.
