★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet neighbourhood. 2 bus stops away from tampines central, few bustops away from ikea /giant megamall in the other direction. Estate has upcoming supermarket sheng siong? and handful of smaller shops. 2 carparks and playground amenities for families. No free Sunday parking is a wet blanket. They have a bridge that connects the estate to next door greenweave estate too. Interesting.

But for a relatively new bto, the condition of the surrounding is quite "raw and natural".
It look old and quite in a bad shape. Flooring has lot of peeling patch. Void deck, corridor, wall, lift, public sitting around all look kind of old and dirty upon closer look.
