★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is easily available (if visiting the malls at Tampines Central) and there’s grace period if picking kids up from childcare or tuition centre. Only complaint is that the security gives privileges to selected few who they are familiar with, like some aunties who goes there daily to pick/drop their kids at childcare. Over the past few weeks that I dropped my son for tuition, noticed they let a few people( going to childcare to pick their kids) in without asking them to scan their ICs/ taking their temperatures during this period when we are all trying to prevent the spread of COVID. The rules of checking in and temperature taking should apply to all and not exempted for selected few whom they know.

The office development has an excellent corporate image, with a drop-off point and carpark within the building. It is also at an extremely convenient location, just across the road from the bus interchange, Tampines MRT, and 3 shopping malls.
