★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hike by trying to skirt around the quarry lake, but the heavy rainfall in the last two months had made certain parts of the trail inaccessible. Part of the trail parallel to Tampines Industrial 1 is used by the bikers, so do watch out for them. That stretch of the road is muddy too. Easily 2 to 3 hours will be required to try explore within the forested area surrounding the lake. Nearest MRT - Bedok Reservoir / Tampines West. Nearest bus stop - Aft Tampines Ave 1. Only bus which comes here is 58, which travels from Bishan. Otherwise, there are more buses further down the road - 118, 168, 37, and more. Have fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stroll along thick vegetations with scenic views, if you prefer a much more peaceful walk then make it on weekdays cos on weekends, there are mountain bikers, offroad motorbikers, fishing activities and not forgetting the smell of cigarettes that lingers along the trail. Other than that, the place is awesome for one that enjoys a jungle like atmosphere.☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i used to see a group of RC hobbists playing their RC boats few years ago~ not sure such activity still around or not~
you probably won't spend half an hour to explore this place~ expect mozzies there~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spend 1/2 a day here with friends, hiking through some tracks created by bikes. We entered the area through Tampines Industrial Ave 1 on 14/11/2021 and notice workers are closing the area off.
Better head down to enjoy the scenery before it is closed.
