★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. First made me sign the 2 year package and then when I collected the car it wasn't even washed and when asked they said "ya looks like not" and we can wash now. Asked about interiors and they said they don't do interior cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous service and the front desk not helpful. I asked for the package to be revoked so that I can take it somewhere else and that can't be done also. Overall the worst experience I have ever had and do not recommend this place at all to anyone. Please avoid at any cost of you care for your car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had sent my car for repairs before CNY.
Was called and informed that car was ready for collection at Level 1. Went down and was informed by the counter that car is at Basement alhough slip collection wrote L1. Went Basement 1 round and didnt find my car. Went back to counter and lady said it was at basement. Invited the lady to come and walk with me and she did. Went another round around Basement and didnt find my car. Asked the lady if its at level 1 as the slip said so. She said no. Went myself 1 round around level 1 and didnt find me car. Was tired so i told the lady im taking a seat. Please let me know when you find back my car. After sitting down for 10mins she told me car was at level 4. Seems like the staff there not sure what happended. However, a car cannot move by itself. Quite terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service are robbers. Refuse to tell me estimate cost of repair when brought car in and take $120 for "checking fee". Refused to tell me estimate of repair works so I can decide whether or not to even go ahead with the "check". Was quoted ridiculous amount for changing glow plugs. Worst service center in more than a decade of driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service provided , send a car in on behalf and when collection on behalf advisor request for owners log card asked to email her (Mavis) but keep saying didn't receive , waited for 30mins in order for them to check ownership and then I can pay money to collect car . Suggest go other workshops then go agent , sales advisor not up to standard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A much better servicing service provided compared to bukit timah branch. The waiting area is more comfortable as well. The only grudge is that there is no refreshment provided and nearby eateries quite a distance away by walking. I received my vehicle back in about 2.5 hours(washed and cleaned) compared to 5 hours at bukit timah(even then it's not even washed yet). Service agent attitude is good.
