Horrible, terrible service. Similar to how one of the other reviewers have went through, one of the lawyers here talks to your rudely and treats you like dirt, as though they are the client instead of you being the client.

Tan CY is an excellent conveyancing lawyer. Quick thinking, trustworthy and gives good advice. I would use TKSP again.

Would not recommend this unknown firm. The letters sent out by this firm and the associates, made false claims. The case was made with a governing body without legal complications, no lawyers were involved as an organization under the ministry of Singapore handles the case. However, this firm stated that the case is closed and that they would assist their client in legal proceedings if the matter is not dropped. The big 4 are not above the law, much less a small firm like tan kim whatnot. Please hire the right lawyers to carry out their duties under the law. What a waste of time and such a disappointment to Singapore law society. They say that it is hard to pass the bar, and that it is an achievement to all practicing law. Apparently not, since this is the standard that this firm produces where they give improper advice to clients thinking that they are above the law. Seems like anyone can pass the bar exam. This firm has zero clue about the ministries and what they do. Letters from law firms do not scare people into silence, the landscape is different now; there are many educated people around and you don't have to be a lawyer to know that.

Have worked with this firm many times over the years, and their service and care to my legal matters has been top notch. Would like to recommend their conveyancing service - truly deserved the top spot. As a foreign investor, we were kept informed and updated every step of the way until completion. It was a total relief for us that Chuan Yong was able to advise us with precision on all the matters that needed our attention along with the deadlines.

Lee yuan yu was the lawyer who attended to my matters n i have nothing but praise for her and her team. She was clear in her explanation and took time to explain the contract patiently. Emails to her were answered within a matter of mins or at most hours. She even personally escorted me to the lift, something which most lawyers will never do. Will definitely engage them in future.

Engaged them for conveyancing matters, and had Mark Chua representing me (currently still listed on their website as of writing). While all procedures were eventually completed without much issues, I felt that he was rude and dismissive in his demeanor when we had a meeting. It was a truly unpleasant experience - there were multiple instances when I felt that his tone was one of blaming, grilling and chiding. Definitely did not feel like I was his client - on the contrary, it almost felt like he was my client instead. It was unfortunate to have such an unpleasant experience here, since I saw positive Google reviews for other lawyers in this firm. While the legal fees weren't the highest in the typical range, it certainly wasn't the lowest as well, hence it wasn't an experience I expected. For future conveyancing needs, I would definitely not make the same mistake of not doing my due diligence, and will only select lawyers ascertained to have positive reviews.
