★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst co-ordinating provider. Had 70 over boxes and they only arranged 2 person to shed, tear up the boxes n fold them neatly to have it taken. Even had to have the customer help as they didn't provide sufficient staff!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembcorp should consider changing the vendor once the contract is up. Inform residents by distributing pamphlets that they would be doing door step collection on 13/09/21 but did not appear. Contacted the liaison person via Whatsapp and a new collection date, 15/09/21, was rescheduled. However, they still did not turn up and inadvertently caused clutter on the corridor. This cause inconvenience to my neighbour and also may cause fire hazard. Irresponsible and poor service standard!
