★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theresa Pang was very knowledgeable about the client / employer of the role I was recruited for. She took pains to make sure the employer and i were a good fit, particularly in terms of dynamics and goals. She was very supportive, coached me very well in preparing for the interview, and made sure there was good alignment before putting me up for the role. Experience was seamless and encouraging, without undue pressure or aggressiveness that can be seen in other recruiters. She was always in communication, and never made me feel like she was resume farming or just pushing numbers hoping something stuck. Excellent craft and dedication to her work.
