Went to fix my damaged earphones and was surprised at their service. Despite the long walk from eunos mrt, they gave their customers a cold mineral water bottle to cool down. Service was swift, they offer 1 for 1 replacement and I was in and out within 5mins.

I dropped by TC Acoustic Experience Centre to pick up an online order of which I had opted for self-collection. The building is easy enough to spot, particularly with the helpful map AND video included in the order confirmation email. Walking into the centre, I was warmly greeted, and it felt like I was visiting a friend's home. I was offered a drink and a seat while they looked into my order details. My purchase appeared soon after, though I realised that I had made a mistake with my order. Eunice was patient in understanding the situation and helping me resolve it with no fuss, and I am sure, with a smile behind her mask. Though I did not make any appointment specifically for a product demo, I expressed my interest in one of the products displayed there and asked if a demo was possible. Special thanks to Jon, a brilliant young man who astounded me with his product knowledge and answered all my questions confidently and with no hesitation. I walked away from TC Acoustic, thinking... wow, that was a great experience. They sure know a thing about serving happiness. I can't wait to return for more. Thank you, TC Acoustic!
