The pros of this place is that they are very efficient in the scheduling of work and payment. The cons of this place is that they are not very responsive and communications are non existent. Details of the job were never provided. Expect the unexpected. Despite the fact that they are only dealing with part timers, the lack of professionalism bewilders me.

I worked as a banquet server as a part time job in mandarin oriental hotel n i tell you why TCC SUCKS. They promise me that lunch will be given during break time but they don't. Furthermore, they told the hotel managers over there that banquet servers who below 18 are not allowed to serve alcohol. I was 17 last time when i worked there n i was told to serve alcohol. When i asked TCC about this, they said it's not their problem. Don't work under TCC guys...trust me

Really bad, no communication. A lot of the "agents" are super lazy and don't respond to you. One of the worse banquet places. I havent recieve my pay since 2018 ($100+). Won't reccomend anyone to work here.

I was with TCC for slightly over a month. The places that I’ve worked before is not bad per se; there were instances whereby I felt that working at places under TCC isn’t the best choice. TCC definitely isn’t the best at professionalism. There were times when my other part-timers were sent back due to an overload of part timers at a place and there were times where my employers asked me to work at the very last minute. Granted, there are some days that part timers are very stubborn that they didn’t report to work. However, in general, I really have to say that TCC needs to work on professionalism with the part-timers. However, my time under TCC wasn’t deplorable or straight up awful, I received my payment on time and they were quick to rectify mistakes about my working hours. tl:dr tcc professionalism isn’t up to standard imo but they aren’t the worst agent. A decent place to start work at but dont be taken advantage of. P.S it has been months since I worked at TCC I do hope they’ve improved.

Very unprofessional staff and manangement. On the First day Sandra was late for the interview with me.I applied for service crew at MBS. They told me i can book the slots from the app but i got to knat that my name was not approve yet. I was told to work at a different Hotel as a Set Up job with No service but when i reach, half of the time there was service. I mean just be honest with the JobScope, don’t tell a person its not this and that just to get staff then the person got trap and had no say on the day. I don’t mind but just do not lie so i know what to expect. Next, after 20 days since i came for interview and my name is still not settle by them. I was told to work at Resorts World for the same job scope. I came early at 10:26 for my 11pm shift. Sandra told me to wait for her colleague Mahesh to text but i did’nt get any so i gave him a call only to find out he is waiting for the bus. I was late because of Mahesh saying he got alot of things to do in the office which was not my problem. I was also sent back home because i did’nt report on time. I was Send back home from the RWS because of TCC staff being late. The best part was that Sandra said to me that i should have inform Mahesh earlier to remind him. The fact that she told me to wait for his messages a day before. Still want to work and go through with this company anyone?

TCC would seem like a really big and trustworthy agency to one at first, especially to students that have just stepped outside of their comfort zone. However, right after you step into the agency to ask for application to work, you may start noticing unprofessional-ism on their part. The employees there have a really nonchalant attitude and may seem to not understand what to do at times. There have also been cases where the agents hired too many part timers to work in a time slot and causing some others to be sent home. This review is just a reminder to people that you shouldnt work here.

Can see by the percentage of negative reviews is majority and the positive review of 5 stars is probably up by their own staff and fake account. 1) Overhire, send people home when reach numbers needed 2) non payment / free worker 3) disrespect of time 4) management have bad attitude, scold staff when things go wrong even if it's not their fault 5) u know there's an issue with the contract that they ask you pay for non show up despite of any reason, and MC 6) pay for card of $10 before start work, obviously trying to make money from you Cheapo company

Been working as a part timer for 7 months with them. Highly professional, no late payments, very flexible hours. Although they made some mistakes in processing payments, I'd definitely recommend them for international students looking for part time jobs during free time.
