★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest seller whom I bought a 75 inches tv that came damaged he refuse to do 1 to 1 exchange though I informed him of the damage the very next day and he even ask me 180 more just to take the tv away without an exchange even.he then lied he is taking the tv away n send his staffs to lie n sneak into my room n 1000 was stolen and I had to make a police report on this seller and his delivery team who are a couple .been a nightmare buying a 1500 worth of tv from this seller known as dailybasics at lazada so stay away from him .pls contact me if you had similar bad experiences with this seller as I need to pursue this matter yo get my refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy tv last 2019... when i buy gaint put it 3yr warranty... so after 1 yr half i got prblm with my tv it suddenly appear a line below while we watching so a contrct tcl.. they said must to change panel... but i must to pay!!! 700.. what is the 3 yrs warrnty... better they PUT 1yr warrnty.... not 3 yr it right even other people will think that wht ever happen in. 3 yr the tv is in still warrnty.. but no.. they will fool u.. they will dissive u... better dont buy they prodct.. i will not ever ever buy ur prudoc ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TV is so far so good but they do not provide set up. I felt the warranty of 12 months is a little short. According to one review he thought it was 3 years. His TV broke down 1.5 yrs and he had to pay for repair. Three yrs could be the impression he got from seller. I have already clarified on the warranty. It is 3 years on this basis .. 1 st year comprehensive , 2nd and 3rd year only service.
Go for PRISM if 3 yrs is important .
