★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well presented cafe in the lobby of the Amara Singapore Hotel. Very slick design with nice sized sitting area if you want to relax. Perfect location for grabbing a coffee or hot drink and snack during your stay at the hotel, or on your way out to explore Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was bland, excessive use of sugar, even the savoury food was sweet; felt like stored in the fridge for too long. Staff just put the food on our table, then disappeared not to be seen again. Construction noise on a Sunday rounded the poor experience off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The high tea set was surprisingly good despite the cheap price. I read some of the reviews before coming and it was mixed at best, but honestly the food exceeded my expectations. It was decent overall, but remember that at this price point, you cant expect too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for high tea on Dec 3. Service was horrendous - slow and the staff were forgetful and slow. Had to repeat our order twice yet staff forgot our drinks. Place wasn't crowded - only 3 groups. Double-check your receipt - as the service charge billed was based on the pre-discounted high tea set. This is wrong. It should be based on sub-total bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for dollar. We went for the Japanese tea set which included; our choice of tea, refreshing soba, boiled onsen egg with sashimi and the main array of bites. The service was timely and pleasant as well. My partner also thoroughly enjoyed the macaroons!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience was nice . Staff polite & friendly. Food items were tasty . However , tea selection was limited to basic mint,camomile , English breakfast, earl grey . the tea was also lukewarm. Despite asking for a change for hor tea, it still came like warm. Don’t think we will return for the price we paid , as there are better places for the same price .

Service was mostly missing due to the fact the shop is located far in the corner that no one will notice.
Staffs were station in the main dinning area instead.
Food was alright, nothing really stood out.
Good for private conversation only.
