I bought a single slab teak table from Teak & Co on 13 June 2021 and asked for delivery in early July. Right after that I happened to read about very poor customers' reviews on this shop. I was very concerned that my table will not be delivered or not according to what I have ordered with those negative reviews. However, when my table was promptly delivered on 2 July 2021, and true to what I have ordered except the color, I realized the worries I had was unnecessary. The delivery man was very professional and polite and installed the legs on delivery. Overall, I was very happy with the table though it wasn't sand down to a lighter color as I have requested. The table is still beautiful. My experience with Teak & Co has been pleasant. Only thing, I didn't like, is that I had to pay in full instead of a deposit when I placed the order.

You’re probably fretting over the negative online reviews and stories and I was just like you until the exact table which I chose from the showroom was delivered to my place. The tables here were definitely cheaper than other shops at Tan Boon Liat but it doesn’t mean the quality of their tables are bad... not mine at least. I contacted the exact number that others said were unresponsive. Yes this number: 9873 7277. My experience was that the person on the other side was really quite responsive and helpful. My neighbour came with a relatively big chip on one of the corners and I relayed it to person on the other end, whom I was told was May. She was apologetic and didn’t hesitate to give me a fair discount as compensation, and even sent her guys over to touch up the table and smoothen the edges. So you... yes you. I have no promises your experience will be well and smooth, but mine was lah and I hope this review breathes a little hope and comfort to your troubled heart. I heard that Teak and Co’s reputation was sabotaged and brought down by another shop. Or maybe they were dodgy and are cleaning up their act? Anyhow it’s not the end yet! Who knows, your experience may very well be a positive one like mine :)

Bought a dining set with them and totally the workmanship is even lower grade thanTaobao. Requested for exchanged but send the wrong design and I can solely conclude as I am truly unlucky. They have so many stories behind the scene and thus, do not risk yourself if you are reading this comment. Nightmare to ruin your furniture dream and hard nut to crack ! How I wish i have read the review earlier but hopefully this review will alert other consumer upon decision making.

Don’t panic if you just bought something from here and you then read the reviews after. Same happened to me. I received the dining set after worrying about it for the 6 weeks it would take to arrive. It’s not wonderful workmanship but it arrived. Would I buy more from them? Probably not. Can I guarantee that your table will arrive like mine did? Would never. But there’s a chance it might! Bought a dining table which arrived with scratches and marks on the table top. Chased them consistently until they finally decided to send someone down to fix it. First date and time they set - no one turned up. The second date and time they set - someone came down and removed the marks on the table. The only issue is that I now have a big mark on my table cause they sanded just a part of the table. Essentially now the table looks worse than before. I've tried following up with them but there seems to be no response at all and haven't even read my messages. The chairs also have issues as the dye is starting to come off and the backrest is starting to feel like its about to come off. Ultimately, if you're looking for a table for function and nothing else you're better off going to Ikea where you can get a table at a fraction of the price. Horrible customer service and workmanship is horrible.

Chandigarh lounge chair $390 (teak)

This is a dodgy business going by names Teak Living, Nature Living, Collective Living, SOS and more. Main sales guy is called Mike. Purchased an expensive table that cracked within 3 days. Asked for a replacement and they sent a horrible slab that was badly chipped across the entire surface and incredibly worn down. Hunted them down to repair and return the original slab. This shop has extremely terrible quality and standards. I’m relieved to have my original slab back but would warn against visiting this place with poor sales tactics and business practices. It seems they have scammed many others under other business names. You can find these stories if you search the address/previous names. I wish I did my research more. Initially popped in for a small table that they ultimately weren’t able to deliver (another story) and made the bad decision to go for something in stock as I thought it would be the safer decision.

Bought a custom ordered sintered stone dining table with chairs 6 months ago. Due to delays in plans, only managed to take delivery recently. Good thing they did not forget about us - and patiently kept it in store for months without any issues. They have some negative reviews on Google, however our experience with them was wholly positive. We communicated with TJ and May, and always received prompt and polite responses. I guess our belief in humanity paid off LOL. Good luck!
