★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good place. There's a parrot squawking every 5 mins. The rooms aren't that spacious and the corridors are kinda dirty

You get to enjoy amenities nearby such as supermarket (Sheng Siong), mosque, skypark, pandan reservoir, schools: Fuhua Primary School and Commonwealth Secondary School. Bus stops are very near Teban Vista, offering buses to get to Jurong East Central, West Coast and Clementi Central easily. Many eateries nearby as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tall apartment block, great for scenic shots, amazing bird’s-eye view of the western parts of SIngapore, including a partial view of Pandan Reservoir. It’s amazing how this was my old neighborhood where some of the highest floors were up to Level 14 only. Now the neighborhood is filled with skyscrapers. Worth a visit, if nothing, just simple for the breathtaking views.
