Buying speakers is unfortunately a relatively long process as you need some time to listen and make sure the speaker is right for you. Leonard was very patient and made sure that I could take all the time I needed to listen to the different speakers. During the second visit after i have shortlisted to 2 speakers, I returned to a showroom with the 2 speakers already set up for A/B testing, talk about service! Loving my D300 speaker now, they are really mind blowingly good speakers for the price.

Called in request for earlier. The kind staff managed to arrange the very day and I went over to be their service centre. Was attended by Azri who tried to trouble shoot the issues i raised. But slowly it was getting obvious the issue was not what i had raised. Darren stepped in to assist and with the expert guidance from Muru went about trying the best to find the cause of the issue. I experienced sheer dedication to their job and all done with a smile even after 2 hrs. Thank you guys.

My SSD has an incorrect SN ( aka probably from another country/region) which i brought from SIM LIM Square, Which should be covered by local warranty. They managed to honor the warranty as i brought it locally and it could be some mixed up on the supplier side when shipping. They done a 1 for 1 exchange for me as my SSD is totally unreadable. Kudos to them for their knowledge as well. very helpful

Once got it, still faulty bit frustrated ofcoz but helpful staff, this abang awesome assist me to get another some new, he also teach me few abt installation and ensure it work perfectly. They also made sure my card is fully working and smooth sailing. This was across 3 visits to them(no fault of them but it’s more of the card issue) Kudos to 2 engineers(J* & S*) that made the experience great! ????
