★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable and unprofessional air con servicing. Technicians were no-show during arranged servicing timeslot, on more than one occasion. Instead of attempting service recovery, accounts manager further levied a fee for cancellation (instead of rescheduling) of the appointment. The fee was was not disclosed before charging, it was just deducted from my account's prepaid credits. Unlawful and atrocious! Be wary for your wallet if you engage this company's services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have 5 units AC, and they charged us 1000 dollars annual fee, while other companies only charge for 400 or 500 dollars. Also, they actually only clean 4 units every time. They said, the fifth one isn’t in the contract.
Service is really poor. Can’t do their job. After cleaning, the AC smells really really bad. I kept telling them, we have a baby in the room, we can’t have the dirty AC running. They told me to just let the AC run, blowing the dirt out.
Our bedroom AC doesn’t really cooling the room ,they told me to get a new one, it’s already 4 years old machine. Honestly, no one every told you guys to fill some gas in?
We hired this contact from last tenant. And this company knows it, so they just automaticlly rip us off.
Anybody is currently using their service, please do a little search on Google, see other companies’ prices and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Techniques Engineering Pte Ltd for installation of new AC for my new HDB flat.
The person who attended to me is Ms.Lin, service was fast and efficient ( within the same week afted recieving my enquiry), price point is competitive too!
Will definitely recommend for installation and servicing.
